We accept short films of any genre (narrative, documentary, animation, experimental) - with an emphasis on oddball, underground, art, weird, handmade or otherwise unclassifiable bits of flotsam.  Films are limited to a maximum running time of 20 minutes.

Films from any and all eras are strongly desired.

All accepted filmmakers are encouraged to attend the festival if possible.  Q&A will be held after each screening.
